About the Brand Kits

  • The Brand Catalogue is our curated collection of pre-designed real estate brand kits, each paired with a matching Showit website template. Every kit has its own distinct aesthetic — from clean and minimal to warm and traditional to preppy and polished. You choose the one that fits your personality and market, and we build it out for you. Because each kit is sold no more than four times before being retired, you'll never walk into a listing presentation looking like your competition.

  • Everything you need to launch a professional real estate brand — done for you, start to finish. Your $3,500 package includes a personalized logo suite with one revision round, a full color palette with HEX, RGB, and CMYK values, brand fonts, a real estate icon set, brand graphics (patterns and illustrations), ten editable Canva social media templates, and one editable Canva business card template. On the website side, you get a personalized 7-page Showit template, a brand voice and messaging guide, a full first draft of your website copy, basic SEO setup, and launch support. Everything is built for you — you just show up, review, and launch.

  • No — every Big Brand Vibes package includes our full done-for-you build process, including copy drafting, brand kit production, and launch support. We don't sell standalone templates because the real value is in the delivery, not just the design file.

  • Yes — and custom is our favorite. If none of the brand kits in our catalogue feel quite right, our Custom Brand + Website package starts at $5,000. Every element is built from scratch: logo, color palette, typography, graphics, and a fully matched website. Message us to start the conversation and we'll put together a custom scope for you.

  • Yes. We offer full buyouts of any kit in our Brand Catalogue — meaning once you purchase, we retire it permanently and never sell it again. Message us for details and pricing.

Pricing, fees and subscription information

  • Big Brand Vibes does not charge any ongoing membership or subscription fees. Once your project is complete, your brand and website are yours to keep — no strings attached. You will be responsible for your own Showit subscription (approximately $30/month) and your domain name through GoDaddy or another registrar of your choice. You will also need a Canva subscription to edit your templates. That's it.

  • Yes. Our optional monthly maintenance plan is $150/month and includes two listing updates and two content or image edits per month. It's a great option if you'd rather stay focused on selling and leave the site updates to us. There's no obligation to add it — but it's there when you want it.

  • All brand and website purchases are non-refundable. That said, if something isn't right, we want to hear about it — our goal is for every client to feel genuinely great about their investment in Big Brand Vibes. Message us directly and we'll work something out.

  • No — all Big Brand Vibes brand kits are built using Google Fonts, which are free to use for any purpose, including commercial use. That means your logo, website, print materials, and social media templates are all covered at no extra cost. No licensing fees, no restrictions, no surprises.

The design process, edits and revisions

  • Every package includes one round of revisions for both your brand and your website. For the brand, we apply your business name and details to the logo elements and send them over for your review. For the website, you complete our brand voice intake form and we use it to draft your first round of copy. You review the design and copy together, send us your edits, and we implement them. After revisions, you're ready to launch.

  • Your package covers one round of content revisions — it doesn't include heavy copywriting overhauls, structural design changes, or additional pages. If you need more, we can add on extra revision rounds, new pages, or significant copy rewrites for an additional fee. Just ask and we'll send you a quote.

  • Absolutely — that's one of the reasons we build on Showit. Your package includes a one-hour Showit training so you feel confident making your own edits. Swapping out listings, updating photos, and editing copy are all straightforward once you know the platform. For anything more involved — new pages, layout changes, custom additions — those are available at an additional cost.

  • Yes. A custom color palette swap is available as an add-on for $250. Your kit's design aesthetic stays intact — we just swap the palette to better match your market, your personality, or the vibe you're going for.

  • Yes. A font swap is available as an add-on for $150. Send us the font you have in mind, or we'll present three curated options and you choose the one that feels right for your brand.

  • We source and place stock photography for your first-round website build to give you a polished, launch-ready site. This doesn't include extensive stock licensing or custom image research — if you'd like different photos swapped in after launch, you'll make those updates in your own Showit account. If you're waiting on professional headshots or a lifestyle shoot, no problem: we'll hand off your site with placeholder images so you can swap them in when you're ready.
